All STISIM Drive® hardware includes a 1-year warranty from date of purchase.

- All STISIM Drive® systems include 10 hours of technical support via phone or email at NO additional charge. You may contact the STISIM Drive® technical team by phone or email for help with optimization, configuration and other questions about your STISIM Drive® system and maintenance support. This support is available for all models of STISIM Drive®.
- If you require additional technical support beyond the initial 10 hours, STISIM Drive® technical support services are available for purchase, providing quick access to our engineers, for help with all your needs. Please contact us for more details.
